Halloween

This year we hosted a Halloween block party at our house. About 5 families and kids all came over and played outside and ate pizza prior to trick or treating. All of the kids had a blast playing together in the cul-de-sac and were so exhausted that us parents thought that they might not have wanted to go trick or treating. However, after dinner they got their strength back and were out in full force to get some sugar. This year Kennedy and Ashlyn both understood the concept within the first couple of houses. They then proceeded to ring door bells and pretty much expected to put something in their candy container. It was too cute! Here are some photos. On Friday the girls were VT cheerleaders and on Saturday night they were little pumpkins. Pop and Ms Karen visited and helped us take them around that evening. They had so much fun dressing up and didn't want to take off their outfits when we returned home.
